wrong interpretation of the total free data provided under 999 plan

Auto renewal of GPRS plans

Hello Team,
I have activated GPRS 98 plans from 06 Oct to 06 Nov. On 7th Nov my GPRS is renewed with RS 18 plan without my proper consent.

When i was going to activate Rs 98 plan then i came to know there is already Rs 18 activated on my mobile.
As today is 9th Nov its been three days <i have not used the service but paying for this.

Balance deduction

I got my number ported (MNP) from Idea to Airtel. This is a Delhi/NCR number [protected]. postpaid connection stopped

I always used to receive ebill from airtel on my registered mail ID and said STOP for paper bill for the sake of GO GREEN policy.
