I'm subscribed to 2MBPS unlimited usage plan.My internet speed was downgraded to 256 kbps on reaching the usage limit of 20 GB on 15th of Oct,2011.I have also raised a service request to change my plan to high bandwidth usage limit of 30 GB/ month, that is offered for the same cost under a new plan.I was assured to get the 2MB/30 GB as on 11 th of Nov 2011 as my new billing cycle commences.But...

I ported my number from Vodafone to airtel thinking that ill get satisfied services. I then activated my blackberry services on 31st October 2011 and up till yesterday that is 11th November 2011 it was all working fine. Recently I bought blackberry phone and went to Airtel Relationship centre (Sodala,Jaipur) for activation of blackberry services. To my disappointment its been over a week my Blackberry services have yet not been activated.

I had come accross this website and found they were real, as they were offering me Airtel form filling Job with Rs.10 per form and maximum of 100 forms per day.

I even called them and they explained me everything and told to remit Rs. 1000 into their account.

I wrote my first email to airtel customer care on 14/08/2011 when my internet and land line wasn't working for 3 consecutive days. I got their auto reply with a 24 hour resolution promise. I waited another couple of days before I sent my second mail to them for which I got a 72 hour resolution promise. The chain of emails continued until 19/11/2011 when I got the service officially disconnected. Nothing was working a single minute...

i am complaining the over billing through customer complaint department. but they are lessening finally the are spot the outgoing and incoming of this no.
