Poor service of airtel broadband, iptv, and landline, don't buy combo pack

I am using airtel broadband connection (Number:[protected]. My line was dead from 27th of mar’11 to 18th may 2011 due to some fault in cable. I registered a lot of complaints to 121 by call and by, when airtel replaced my cable i request them to waive off the amount during non working period (27-mar ~18 may 2011), but airtel disconnect the line on 19 may stating that i have to pay all the amount. Disconnection of broadband & Landline
