i purchase set top box of airtel digital tv from airtel company before one year
in time our set top box not working properly in this regard when i complain book airtel customer care no. [protected] he give me a complain no. 8641155 and 5564468 on 31 may and 1 june respectively.
but after 3 days laps no any engineer and no any call recd from airtel .pse take matter and give me suggestion in this regard

I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THE ERROR COE B001, THEY ONLY FOOL ME SAYING THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS HAVING PROBLEM. My airtel no. +91 [protected] was automatically Charged (twice in a day) for some "Mitti Ke Rang" service without my confirmation. I've been charged twice -- Rs.20/20days and Rs.10/10days on 01-Jun-2011 for the same service, my balance amt. was in -ve and I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE AN IMPORTANT CALL.
