I have not activated caller tune services nor asked about them, still airtel has deducted amounts three times for activation of caller tune and for downloading of it. I had lodged a Request # 392685 for shifting my AIRTEL IPTV/Broadband Connection within Gurgaon on 23rd November 2010 and made numerous calls to Airtel after that, but every time I get the same response that "we have forwarded your call to senior department", but this request in pending till date (30/11/2010).
