this is my second complaint but still i am facing the same problem
I have been very harassing by the Airtel company. i am using airtel sim card in my mobile instrument and till at the moment i have facing lots of financial losses by Airtel, it cheated a lot to me.
Airtel company sent me a different kind of messages such as downloading 20 20 cricket, choper rescue, picture post etc. and debited...

MY NUMBER [protected] HAS SUDDENLY HELLOTUNES ACTIVATED FEW DAYS BACK.

THIS IS FRAUD !!

AIRTEL HAS DONE THIS DELIBERATELY AND DEDUCTED CHARGES WITHOUT SEEKING MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE.

I AM NOW IN ROAMING IN BANGALORE, SO IS NOT ABLE TO REACH THE LOCAL AIRTEL IN MY STATE (WB)...

my mobile number is [protected]. i am a student i am observing that, since last three months, main balance of my mobile has deducting. After deducting the balance i am getting a message that for game club activation my balance has deducted. Still now my balance is deducting for this reason. I have complained near about 10 times to Airtel customer care. But still now this problem is happening. What can i do ???????????...

I have logged an issue on 28th november Complaint number:4628129 that suddenly i am getting signal loss issue and cannot watch tv. 5 days are done and till now we did not receive any call from their technical engineer. Daily we have been calling them ,still there is no proper response from their customer care. Only answer they say is we are fwding to backend team and they would call in 15 mins, but never ever i received a call from them....
