i recharged my phone with Airtel's 63/- SMS pack (which provides for 500 sms per day for 30 days), after 2-3 days of recharge when i was sending sms, then amount was deducting from my main balance (1/- per sms) so this way my 19/- were deducted, i called customer care near about 7 times and they filed complaint twice, sometimes they used to say that i'll get my balance refund and sometimes they say they'll not refund the balance...

purchase of LG LCD 32" TV.

I have been trying to contact you for activation, but there is no proper response from your end, You have been asking me to contact the dealer my area which is Mira Road, but there is no proper address on your website nor your customer service people are able to give me proper address.

I have been calling here and there for past 2 days but no response, even after asking your customer...

As mentioned above Mmy name is Sagar D Ghantode. I was using SIM Card of Airtel Services since 3 yrs. Unfortunately i've lost my cell phone along with SIM Card. After visiting Airtel Gallery i came 2 know tht the number i was using is registered on another name. So tht i culdn't get my old number back. I've paid for the services and i'm not able 2 get services from them. I've all necessary documents to prove my points....

I have a internet connection in my home at Indore,M.P. .Same as my number there is another number in Bhopal city of M.P which is customer care number., because of that I am getting so many unwanted calls.Then I called to customer care and asked to change my number but they are asking Rs 500.00 for that and I did not get any help while I called.

I called up Airtel Customer Care today to complain about my network problems which I have been facing in my residence area for the past month. But, while I was being connected to customer care executive, the automated message told me that this call is being charged at 50 paise for every 3 minutes.

I want to ask that why is Customer Care being charged? Is Airtel trying to recover the cost from all the "Free Night Calling",...

AIRTEL person is not providing regularly EC's and prepaid cards. I am newly started prepaid recharge card business in pammal (Chennai-600075). They are denying and saying that "You are already have EC's & cards in Reliance, Aircel,Vodafone," then why You require AIRTEL like that they are saying.
I do not know what to do i am recently started the card business, i have no other income...

Received a message from an Airtel executive in regards to the broadband internet connection, so i called and spoke to Raghavan, who was a sales executive.
He called me back and asked me to submit all documents with a fee of 1000.00 RS. He also confirmed that connection is available in my area and it will be installed in 48 hrs.
I waited for 48 hrs and called him after 48 hrs, everyday he kept on telling me that it will be coonected...

I applied for a new Broadband connection of Airtel in first week of March, 2010 from Harish (Mobile Number [protected]). Harish is the sales person from airtel. I gave him address proof, photographs and a Citi Bank Cheque (number - 470341). After this on 13th March, 2010, He checked the position in roof to place the wire. because the main switch was in next Building and he already know that, next building authority can cut wire any time....

i have purchease Airtel prepaid SIM ([protected]) before 2 months. i have submitted ID proof also for connection but now without any intimation they Barred all of my services (incoming & outgoing)

i have contac ted customer care and they said me to go to local Airtel office , i went there but they also

I Sukhdeep singh using Airtel connection no [protected] from last 2 yrs. on 28 th mar10 company deduted Rs 98/- from my main balance without informing me. As my GPRS pack was activated from feb 28 to mar 28 then company should have closed my service 29 th of mar or inform me through msg or call regarding my deduction of main balance. we have a telephone provided from airtel and the bill planb on the same number is 1 paisa/second.
however, for the past few months airtel has been over charging us at the rate of 1 rupee/minute for all the calls .
on calling the call centre and complaining about the faulty bill , they refused to acknowledge and even lodge a complaint for the same and said that they don't really care....
