change the unlimited plan to limited plan

Hello

here i am using broadband service of Airtel/Tata since last almost 18 months.
i have unlimited plans for downloading and uploading at the speed 1024 KBPS.

suddenly last month both the company has send us the letter that they have chnage the plan
and unlimited plan has change to limited plan . according to the plan new download limit
is 150/90 GBS. after that download and upload speed...

endless delay in transfer of internet connection

I had submitted a request to airtel broadband helpline regarding a transfer in internet connection on 22nd Feb 2010. They had promised the transfer will be done in 3 days.
I have been alling them 10 times a day ever since and everyday they promise me it'll be done by the end of the day. Nothing has been done in this regard till date. No one has got back to me. Its been over 10 days now, their employees keep lying, their superiors...

airtel has activate services of picture post from 555630 & 54321 and deducted amount from my prepaid number [protected] without my consent and continously sending sms from these numbers and disturb us. I want to deactivate these services and my deducted amount back....

Tower failure ( No Signal)

Dear Sir,
I have two Airtel mobile connections, but I am not getting Punjab tower signals at my address given above since last 25 days. A Airtel tower is situated at Village Ahlupur three KM from my residence. As known to me the same tower is not working due to non-payment of rent to the land owner. Being on border of Haryana I am forced to select the unwanted network.

Ringtone charges deducted even when I had not Registered for the service

Sir, I have not applied for "Ring Tone" service, but despite the fact the Ring Tone service has been activated on my number ([protected]), and charges of Rs. 100 (approx) have been deducted without my knowledge.

I would request to get it stopped immediately and whoever has made this illegal practice from the Mobile Service Provider's (AIRTEL) side, that person may be punished and amount may be refunded to us immediately...

Unsubscribe form "Airtel Picture Post (Bolly,etc)"

Few weeks ago i received a message from airtel which reads "your subscription for filmybuzz has been renewed. You have been charged Rs 10" and Rs. 10 was deducted from my account. But i haven't subscribed this servive ( Received 6 or 7 such messages).

not able to use nokia 5800 xpressmusic application such as touch piano

I am unable to use some NOKIA 5800 express music applications with airtel sim in it. Application such as TOUCH PIANO and TOUCH GUITAR are not working and below error coming -

1)Bcoz When You Query about the coverage the Customer Care will tell you that Coverrage is thier in Your Place
2) After You Pay the Money You have to Go behind the Customer Care every day Asking for the Connection.
3) At last they will say they dont have connectivity in the place where you are staying.
4) And still you wont get your money...
