I have recharged with a sms offer of 500sms/day for 1 month for 67 rupees on 25th Feb, 2010. but i am being charged for my sms from 8th March, when its only 13 days completed and i am well within the limit of 500 sms/day. I got a Airtel data card yesterday only and got it verified it in one day. However the speed they are providing is pathetic. i never knew that airtel performance has got this much down. I am certainly very upset with the performance it took almost 30 mins for opening gmail and when it got opened i was only able to put in my username and password and after that i kept on waiting it didnt open my emails....

On 3 March , the company blocked my sim and re-issue the sim of same number to different person. I am an Airtel post paid customer for both a mobile connection and a broadband connection.

3 weeks ago, on 16/02/2010, I booked a digital TV connection by sending an SMS of BUY to 54325.

I was called by a customer service rep, asked to pay Rs. 999 using my credit via the IVR. This was paid and confirmed. The customer service rep took down all my details - name, address, cell phone number etc.

Then...

Airtel has been abusive with me and my friends. i am out of a job and therefore i have been unable to clear out certain dues. i do intend and i am awaiting clearances from my previous organization so that i can pay off some of my pending dues.

They threaten to be abusive to me and my relations both family and firends and i hence i am forced to report this.

I applied for Airtel DTH through Vriti Infocom.
I showed some interest on a airtel DTH website.. and next morning I was contacted by an agent from Vriti Infocom and he stayed online with me till i transferred money from my online account. he promised that an Airtel Engineer will come in the evening and install Airtel DTH and also activate it before he leaves.

But its been 2 days now. No one has come...

This is really an issue that we are subscribing to hellotune packages to make our friends hear our hellotunes as soon as they call us. But actually what happens, when we/they call how to copy the hellotunes is being announced. And by the time the song is played its too late and people generally pick up the phone. So the hellotune is of no use.
