bad behavior

i got the airtel broadband connection through Mr. Praveen Sharma. he told us that you take broadband combo pack, in which you providing 100 Mbps internet connection and land line.and he also told that you could disconnect your landline phone after one month and only use the broad band connection.

Amount deductions from my Airtel Account in fradulent manner.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform You that, I have a Mobile Phone connection and my number is [protected]. A Couple of weeks before I recieved a SMS from 678510 and the contents of the message was an offer to use Hello Tunes on Trial basis for a week without any charges. Accordingly, I was searching for a good song fro the Voice album and before I could able to finalize a song the phone was disconnected. Within 5 minutes Rs. 10/-...

Unwanted services

I am having an Airtel prepaid connection with Mobile No.[protected]. On 18.01.09 at 1.57 PM, I received a message from 57886 stating that I have been successfully subscribed to the Mozook Fun club. It is also stated, to stop SMS CSUB to 57886. Immediately, at 2.07 PM, I sent the SMS to 57886 as CSUB. For this I was charged Rs. 3/-.Again I received an SMS on 19.01.09 at 5.16 PM stating that I am using Text based Subscription service on Airtel...

Need to close my connection

I request you to please close my airtel connection. After repeatedly calling airtel people my connection is getting closed. They are disconnecting the call in between when i was trying to lodge my complaint.

I got the new conection on 13thJan, 2008.

Unauthorised deductions

I am a corporate custommer of Airtel Celular services.

I am recieving a message from 64611010 for last one week informing me about a deduction of Rs 10/-.The message reads "thanks for using (subscription, text based services ) subscription service on airtel wap. You've been charged Rs10.Enter funzone http://igmobi.com

I have not subscribed for any such service and look forward to immediate stoppage...

Sir,
I have received one sms through you AW-Offer (Airtel) on date 8-1-09 in my cell No. [protected]. In this sms you have written “50 local Airtel minutes MUFT recharge per aap ke liye.Call daren 40p A2A. 60p A2M. 50 Airtel minutes recharge ke 48 hrs baad milege.Val 30 din”. Same time I have recharge Rs. 69.

When I called local Airtel number after 48 hrs then an amount was deducted from my previous amount....

Airtel Broadband, Bangalore

Hi I have applied for the broadband connection on 9th January 2009. Ny application number is 163083.
I have called airtel couple of times but still no reponse is avaialable. Mt compliant number is 15869876.

The person resposnible for providing broadband in Indiranagar is Suresh -- [protected]. I am calling this person from airtel atleats 10 times a day but he is not picking uo the call.

Bad Service & Worse Customer Care

I bough a new Airtel Digital TV connection on 31st Dec 2008. It was installed same day and at the time of taking the package for 2500/-, i was told that the Ultra pack is free for first 3 months. no service, full payment

This is with reference to the connection no. [protected] which I had purchased along with the data card costing Rs. 5000/- from Airtel on Oct 2007. The data card never worked on my computer system.
