Airtel Koramangala Outlet -Worst in the World

I'm highly dissatisfied with Airtel Koramangala (Bangalore) outlet. There is no need for such an outlet at all.

* They make you wait like hell to pay your bills to address your issues.
* When you make a payment they don't provide you the bill. At the end you will be surprised to get a call from airtel customer service and tell you that your payment has not been posted. No matter how long you wait or argue you...

Service issues

Please note that i had given my handset Blackberry Pearl for servicing @ Airttel Centre in Kolkata ( Park Street) . It was then understood that support sysytem for Blackberry doesn"t exist locally and the entire process would take 15 days.

Today after more than 22 days i get to hear that it will take another 10 days for me to recv the set.

To add up to the trauma was the replaced Handset given was in bad...

i purchased a apple iphone from Airtel Cunnigum road Branch in Bangalore by paying 36100/-just a month back.In that mobiel there is Network problem wich is not working. i have been to that airtel outlet they said they will give back new iphone as replacement. 3days over they telling they dont have stock. then i called up aitel 121 explained everything they said they said they will get back to me but till now a week over no body turnback....
