Dear Sir,

I was very happy with Airtel when I was having your 298 celebration plan. I paid Rs. 998 for the whole year and activated your sms service @ Rs.30 (10 paisa per sms). After one year I got a call from Airtel regarding new annual plan @Rs. 1198. The executive told me the benefits of this plan and I agreed to it. After one month of activation, I got a bill from Airtel where I was charged Rs. 1 per sms. So I was surprised...
