I am start facing net disconnect issue from dated 6 june 2020 and till now. Last 15 days the issue increased i called airtel agent ajay number of time. On dated 7 july i was in call with agent ajay he told me that we are not able to resolve your u can move to local network and close my ticket as issue resolve but my issue not resolve. My internet speed so low. It has speed sometime but not everytime. I have to get outside of my house just to use the internet with little bit of speed...

My number has outgoing validity till 21july'2020 but i am unable to make calls and today i have recharged rs.98 for data in this number and it was successful also but now its not showing the data in my mobile account....

Hi have recharged Rs.598 pack from AIRTEL THANKS APP and it got failed but my money was deduced immeditely, I have waited for almost 1 day but no response from them regarding the refunded and even still now I didn't receive my money back to my account.
when I tried reaching customer care through 121 or 198 there is no options available to talk to them, so have send an email to them to [protected]@airtel.com but no proper response from them...

While my phone is switched off, all calls that i receive are being forwarded to some unknown numbers, which is really annoying. I haven't activated call forwarding option in this number. Please register this as a complaint and kindly deactivate all call forwarding options associated with my airtel number

The hotspot device with connectivity was taken from airtel own retail shop at belgharia, north 24 parganas, west b3engal on 05.08.2019. It has a warranty period of 12 months which is expairing on 04.08.2020. From 28.06.2020 the device is not working. I made a complaint to airtel through customer care on 01.07.2020 vide complaint reference[protected] for resolving the issue. I did not get any reasonable reply for replacement of the machine....

Using airtel network since last 10 years, the network in my area since last 10 -12 months is really pathetic.net work always zero. Recently i started receiving fraudulent call from this number (Which is given in subject) saying that i've won
Rs. 1250000 and a car and was asking for bank account. Plz punish these type of people 😡 who are misleading people and trying to steal their hard earned money....

I currently have plan of rs 699 which just offers 40mbps 105gb of high speed data. which get used pretty easily by me.I want to change my plan to rs399 which offers 8mbps speed with unlimited data. I kept on asking to change my plan to rs399 but still no change in plan its been 6 month.
please change my plan or I have attached the screenshot of other connection which is in my office....
