Staff are very bad to respond the customer. They are always busy with their personal mobile to whatching youtube and other TV programs.

Fix reason for anything - server not responding properly i can't solve your query. Can you please come again after some days...

I bought a new sim and i insert it in my phone after inserting, i received a message that (Your sim is active please restart your handset) yes i restart my phone but after that i didn’t get network only it is showing no service, it is a new sim which i have taken on the same old number please (Airtel department) help me please as soon as possible...

I had ported my number from vodafone to airtel 13 oct 2019.
After 4 days i recieved an sms that my number is ported and instructed me for televerification.
When i inserted the airtel new sim, i found out that the sim is not working. Only emergency call. The vodafone sim has stopped working and my airtel sim is also not working. This is my working sim.
Customer care also not responding our questions properly...

I have been using airtel boradband for 4 years, my usage never exceeded 200gb data. All of a sudden the usage spiked to 600gb per month, i closely noticed, 4gb gets consumed in 45min even when there is no usage, i was scared to even turn on my modem, my data rapidly starts decreasing by gbs, i can't watch movies in the 200gb. My phone number [protected] is prepaid. My pack of rs. 547 is valid till[protected]. Data is not available on the phone since[protected] evening. I logged complaint on customer care number 121 on[protected] morning and also in the evening but problem is still not resolved.
I am not able to contact my near ones.

Will be a great help f you can block this number as when we are trying to call back him/her it is either switch off or out of coverage area. I made a recharge of ₹399 and at the time of recharge on airtel thanks app it showed 1.4gb/ day data and an app exclusive offer of 400mb/day (Totalling to 1.8gb/day). I took a new airtel tv connection on 23 sept 2019 that had to last upto 22oct 2019. On 17 oct 2019 i received a call about subscription of miniplex Hd for #freedays .. but they debited the charges from account without my consent and my recharge got expired on 18oct before due date i.e.22oct 2019. I registered a complaint regarding the issue, they also assured to resolve within 24hrs but after then they failed to recharge and activate connection...
