I am facing call drop issue from last 4 month despite registering complaint to airtel csutomer care, there is no solution, instead they giving me bill which is almost double compare to normal bill charges, also without intimation they chnage my plan, and for normal calling they giving me 1200 rs of bill, and forcing me to pay it, last few days, they are harassing me with phone calls by there exicutives,

Illegal installation of mobile tower in residential area:

I and few of my fellow housing owners have come across a serious problem please review to respond me at the earliest. An airtel mobile tower is installed a tower in front to my house. The land in which the tower is getting installed is only 20x30 ft. It is also situated in narrow lane (Only 8 feet).

I am writing this in reference to data transferring issue from my airtel wifi hotspot (New), had been working well from past two months, but developed a problem yesterday as it is not transferring the data to any of my electronic devices, so kindly help me to rectify the problem as early as possible because it has caused a great inconvenience to me...

I initiated a special recharge for my mother's airtel number [protected] but by mistake i entered the last digit as 9 instead of 6. The recharge appeared to be successful and paytm provided with below mentioned details to contact airtel.

On 12th jan i have made 2999 recharge from airtel myapp for international roaming for 10 days on my mobile no. [protected] for china region, for the same msg also came on my mobile.
However when i reached china on 13th jan 19 my roaming services was made chargeble and amount is deducted from main balance which left me nil in my account.
This type of fraud activity by airtel given us problem in abroad. I need my money back....

It is painful to say that at every dth tv recharge, an amount is directly deposited in airtel wallet instead of dth tv recharge while payment is made through airtel aap.
I have not add the money in airtel wallet but how can it is possible wrongly the money is adding in wallet at every dth tv recharge. This problem is persist from two months.

How can a company barred incoming calls of a customer. I didn't receive any messages before they barred my incoming calls. I got a message stating you have a missed call. In order to check recharge your account t. I missed a call from HR of my new company. Who is responsible for this and if what if they would have thought I am not in interested in joining. This step of barring incoming calls is truly not tolreable. Please take a strict action...

I have ported my number from idea to airtel on 7 th jan.. Now my airtel sim is showing signal for last two days.. But when i do tele verification by dialing 59059... I have ported my number [protected] from reliance jio to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start...

You are kindly requested to resolve my issue as described below.

No service after porting from jio to airtel ([protected]) on 12/01/2019 at 11:50 pm. I have changed the dim card to airtel as described in sms sent bt airtel.

Your urgent action to reilve this issue is highly appreciated as i do not have any other number and presently i am traveling.
