This is Manish Sankar Misra, I have applied for a broadband connection (Kelambakkam, Chennai, Pin -799250) on 02-Feb-2018 . Payment was done and the proofs were submitted on the same date . My payment transaction ID :[protected] and my generated CAF No: 4561157. I was told that I will be getting the connection in 48 hours .

Please dont open your account with airtel payment bank because it is a complete scam. Here i am telling you why it is a scam.

Couple of days ago i deposited my funds near about 3500rs to pay to a merchant but when i am trying to pay him i always got an error transaction failed. Then i tried to reverse my amount back to where it was debited again i got the same issue i. E. I can't transfer...

We just had a new connection installed at our place of airtel vfiber. Internet speed is below the desired speed and connectivity is very poor. The connection cracks at times. It's a new vfiber connection and it doesn't provide the desired speed. The company claims to provide 20mbps speed but it hardly provides 300kbps speed. Experiencing the worst internet speed....

With full confidence in the brand name airtel, i happyly applied for a new airtel prepaid sim connection on 02.02.2018 (Afternoon) at airtel office, sda complex, kasumti, shimla. But to my disappointment, i saw the casual attitude of the office staff towards customer was very annoying. Airtel has done fraud with me of rs 5000 i have open a airtel payment bank but they have block my account. Because of kyc i have given all the document sitt they dont unblock my account because of this i am not able to do any transaction from airtel money it is my half salary...
I have talk to there customer care but they still not help me out even customer care person has check that all the document as per there need reached to them...

I have recharged my dth 2 times recently. The company has taking the same recharge on my main + add on connection while the said add on has been cancelled since last 3 years and i am not getting is recharged since then. I am requesting company officers to adjust the amount taken on add on to my main connection but they are not doing.

I have repeatedly requested company officers to permanently cancel the add on hereinbefore...

Date of incident : 06/02/2018 please note that i have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile through airtel app with rs 399 for 1 gb/day unlimited calls pack which was deducted from my sbi account (I used net banking). I bought only one recharge data pack but i was charged for two. I have my bank statement attached below. I tried contacting airtel but the customer representatives. I request a refund from the airtel authorities.

I have 2 airtel postpaid and 1 airtel prepaid connection,

I stay in dlf cyber city phase 3, recently i shifted my flat and at my new flat (Its also located in dlf cyber city phase 3) i am facing network issue all my airtel numbers only. I already logged a complaint on 3rd feb 2018 with reference no : 83191849. But i didn't get any information on it.

Yesterday i recharged my airtel digital tv recharge through airtel app amount of rs.415 /- the transaction was failed but amount deducted. I tried again, again my amount rs.415/- deducted but nit recharged and refunded. I was very disappointed. See attached my account statement that amount deducted from bharat tel. During the period december 21, 2017, and january 1, 2018, airtel people came to my road dr. Radhakrishnan nagar main road, thriuvanmiyur, chennai 600041 and dug up a world-class road to lay their cable. They came in the middle of the night, according to the watchman.

I purchased this product on jan 30, 2018. The technician never came to install. I got tired of waiting, went to the airtel office where i bought it. There they installed the sim card into the hotspot and demonstrated how it is supposed to work. On coming home, i find that it does not work as expected.

I am unable to file an online complaint because the form never downloads
("loading" message displayed all the time)....

Hello i am dharmeshwar chaudang i am from assam. I am a very old customer of airtel. Our whole family is in airtel. But from few days i am suffering in poor network quality in my area. And i don't get 4g coverage in my area. While jio is giving 4g coverage fully in our area. But, what are you doing? So i am using a jio sim now for internet browsing. And i even can't make a call without any problem. What can i do if you don't give me network....

My postpaid bill plan is rs 649/- every month and been to abroad on 21st december to 28th december and airtel has applied extra charges on my bill which is of 3200/- something in december and 1200/- on november bill also.
Without giving any information to me about the charges, the customer care is telling me not to...

I am using this airtel sim for almost a decade. Just a couple of years back, i replaced it 4g sim and using the services. Without any prior intimation, they stopped the service to my sim. When i checked my nearest airtel store (Okkiyam thoraipakkam store, chennai), they told me that my sim is still active but i need to get a duplicate sim to continue the services. I have been abroad for more than 2 months and use my airtel prepaid number for my banking purposes in india. Due to inactivity my number has been deactivated and i tried recharging but it says my number is invalid. I currently have nobody in the circle i used my number in (Bangalore) but is there a possibility that i can do something online? I do not want to go through the hassle of a duplicate sim or a new number....
