I hold an airtel number, which converted from postpaid to prepaid on 30th jan 2018and thereafter, i am not able to make any recharge, hence no outgoing and no internet.

I have been facing online recharge issue from april-2017, every time they takes complaints and says it will get resolved with in 48hrs, but they never resolved my recharge issue.
