unstable data connection

Since 3months I am getting unstable data connection.before 3 months I used to get data at speed of 1MB/s .now I am not able to get even 50KB/s also I have given many complaints but not solved.I have also attached the screen shot of airtel open network result.I am not only the problem facer many are facing the same issue.

bad service and complaint redressal

Hi,
Recently I ported from Vodafone to Airtel. I have a serious complaint that I have been discussing with Airtel's customer service representatives over the phone since almost a month, and at this point I have given up any faith whatsoever in them. charges collected rs.125.00 lacs for activating nexgtv which was not activated

On 25.11.2017 the airtel had charged Rs.125.00 lacs for 30 days choosing NEXGTV service, which was not requested by me. Trans ID- N[protected] . It was mentioned that to deactivate call or SMS to 155223. On the same day the msg was sent for deactivation & on 27.11.17 i contacted customer care for reversing the money. They said it is not possible as the service should be stopped same day. And the same was done by me. But they are ready to reverse....

port to airtel from vodafone

Dear sir,

Around one month ago, i requested to port my postpaid number : [protected] to airtel. I submitted all the necessary documents as required after that i got a message of successful address verification, but still my number is not ported to airtel. And even i dont get any kind of response or information from airtel cellular.

It has been 6 days (22/12/17) since my internet has suddenly stopped working. I have called the customer care at lease 6 times and they have absolutely no idea what to do. bank account opened without my consent by airtel

Going to airtel outlet and requesting them to close this bank account created in my cell number did not help much.

misleading information by airtel dth plan

refund of wrong recharge amount to correct number both numbers belong to me

sim card not activated from 48 hours

Sim card is not activated even after 48 hours. Customer care is suggesting to visit the stores again saying they have mistakenly activated some other sim. This is totally unacceptable as the issue is there from the service provider end and asking customer to visit the airtel store again.

deficiency in their services and unable to resolve

I have been using aitel number since last 2 months. My plan is of rs. 399 on which i was told that i will be given unlimited calls and 100 sms's per day and 20 gb of 4g data. I was mostly attracted towards 20gb of 4g data because of which i chose to be in airtel but however while using the service of airtel 4g i am very much shocked and surprise to see that the speed of airtel 4g was not even the speed of 3g. I mean i am not getting enough...

airtel sim not working after changing the sim to the same number

My airtel number is [protected]. I changed my old sim and got the new sim of the same number. After a day i could see the signals showing in both the sims. But the new sim is not working (No incoming, no outgoing). The old sim, i am able to do outgoing calls but no incoming calls. The dialers are getting busy and not reachable message when dialing to my number. Please resolve this issue asap as i need to make some urgent calls....

payment issue through my airtel app

Messages are not getting sent in my mobile, if i call customer care, there is no proper reply from customer care.
Though i set smsc number +[protected]in my moto e4plus android mobile, messages are not being sent

If i go to local airtel office vikarabad, even there is no proper response and they are asking me to either take new sim and demanding rs 100 for new sim. Or go to hyderabad for solving my problem.

poor internet services for 448/- pack

I'm a long customer of airtel, from past 3 months i'm not getting a proper signal at all for using the internet. I thought to switch to another service because of it's poor service but when the pack is about to expire in 3 days again it worked very well so i've renewed the pack with 448/-. Again i'm facing the same issue. Kindly resolve the issue asap, getting frustrated with the worst service from such renowned network....

airtel payment bank not allowing to use my money.

prepaid to postpaid family offer, waiver for the child number

Airtel office at bannerghetta road bangalore offered me post paid offer
Converting from prepaid to post paid where in child no. Will get waiver monthly charges. But so far, i have to fight for this waiver every month.
Fed up with the customer services i have opted revert back to prepaid connections...
