[Resolved] Airtel — Bill summary not provided after various complaints | |||
Sir i am using airtel services from last some months but after so many reminders and calls they are not providing me my bill summary. I asked for soft as well as hard copy but they did not gave me response in this matter. Every month they send me a message only for huge amount but when i asked for bill they do not send me the bill summary .so how can i pay for this huge amount of bill without summary .i need my bills for some official purpose also .even i have paid various bills after message only but this month they did not send me the message also for amount of my bill.and after due date they are now reminding me for bill payment with late payment charges.due to this issue i have not paid my bill.so plz take the need full action as soon as possible. thanks. Airtel — Balance deduction without any reason so refund
