As discussed yesterday over conference call and as assured by you that new SIM CARD will be provided by today morning b/w 8.00 to 8.30 am, so far
I have neither received SIM card nor atleast a phone call that by when the representative is going to deliver the SIM
Im very sorry to say that im very dis appointed with the services rendering by Airtel

Dear sir,
I have taken Airtel WIFI 3G DONGLE on 12th Mar'15 from one of the Airtel
executive, Mr. Venkatesh (Mobile No.[protected]).
So far it has NOT ACTIVATED. I called many times for activation, but so far not
activated.
on 18/03/15, I called customer care ([protected]) and they informed that it has
been activated (SIM No. [protected]) but today morning i recd. call from him
informing that
it has been activated with some other sim card and he will handover me other
SIM card. I have not recd. so far.
I NEVER FACED SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EARLIER SERVICE PROVIDERS LIKE
RELIANCE AND TATA DOCOMO.
Kindly request you to help me in this regard
