Airtel — customer care connection and horrible signal

I am tired of this connection now want to just get rid of it. I don't get the signal anywhere and when i try to contact the customer care, the line just doesn't get through... And how ever after 10-15 tries when i get to speak to the customer care they easily just say it might be a problem from your end.. I have a cug connection with 4 numbers and cant just connect from anyone... Anyway there are a whole list of complains against this network itself.. My problem here is that my landline number is not getting any signal.. So please see and let me know what to do.. But before all this make your network better and then give adds saying your the fastest network because as of now its the worst network i have come across.

My mobile has theft during my travelling in train at Sealdah Railway Station, Kolkata, West Bengal. My mobile No is [protected]. Please block the number immediately to avoid any malpractice until I get a new SIM from Airtel store at Kalyani, Nadia.
