Airtel — network issue with non responsive attitude | |||
I have been calling customer care since 1 month about the network issue in my area in jogeshwari east near railway station ismail yusuf college boys hostel. The response is pathetic. My whole family use airtel but the response that i have been given last one month is forcing me to go to vodafone or jio. Really company is on the verge of closure i guess. Everytime telling the same story and closing down the complaint ticket by themselves without even knowing whether they are resolved or not.in name of transferring ur call to seniors they will have u waiting like a # and den cut the call. Giving same answers like bots everytime u call them and no response. I have myself called 10 times last 2 months and response is same that we cant tell u the exact tim but we are working on tower. I am like are you mad since 2 months u r giving the same reason. Pathetic airtel i will recommend every1 to not to use airtel and myself will file the complaint in consumer forum after waiting for two months. Will port out all my connection. I had reacharged my no 148 rs which shows 3gb but i recive 600 mb
