Airtel — ported to airtel from aircel, old sim is deactivated, still new sim is not activate. | |
I have ported from aircel to airtel on 2/3/18. And my aircel sim is deactivated on 5/03/2018. But still airtel is not yet activated. It doesn't showing a network. Since that is my official number, i was in trouble. I would missed many important calls because of this issue. It is very urgent. No out going or incoming calls. My pre paid mobile number [protected]. I am unable to recharge by airtel money or free charge last two occasions, can be recharged only by mobile store. MY mobile is airtel prepaid.Howto solve this.II trièd

Same problem here! I also got sms from airtel saying that once I see signal, I need to call 59059. But calling it connected to bot which keeps telling different services for 5-10 min and doesn't ask to connect for tele-verification. This number is not for activation. Please let me know what i can do
