While reserving the seat layout of the bus shown is for around 25 members i.e. three persons in a row with three columns modified on account of COVID19 pandemic. But when boarded the bus, it is a four seater with around 35 seats. Couldn't get how all the seats reserved. Irrelevant answers received from the conductor of the bus. Driver and conductor allowing extra paasagers without reservation even there is no space in the bus. Apsrtc people are not taking any complaint seriously. Even i tried reaching call center person through call but they are also not willing to listen...

I booked online ticket from
Apsrtc site. The journey was on 08/09/2020 from parvathipuram to
Visakhapatnam.
While booking the ticket, amount was deducted from my account and ticket is

Regarding driver rashness

Presently i'm travelling from visakhapatnam to kadapa and the bus driver is very very rash in driving and over speeding from rajhamundry. It's very uncomfortable travelling and does not feel safe in it....

APSRTC Incomplete Transaction - amount not yet refunded

I was trying to book a ticket twice from Vijayawada to tekkali on 27th July, 2020. However it was throwing a pop message stating that "transaction was successful and not able to confirm the final status from the bank at this movement" and eventually the ticket was not generated though they deducted the amount from my ICICI bank. Hence I request you to please resolve this issue on priority.

We started from rajahmundry at 6:30 pm to naidupeta on 28/07/2020 (Tn-a30092) & 8515. Bus was stopped at rajahmundry surroundings for loading for almost one hour and again stopped at nellore for almost one and half hour for unloading. Bus was reached naidupeta at 7:00am on 29/07/2020. Took 12:30 minutes, travel time. I was supposed to go to work at 6:30 am on 29/07/2020. Due to late, my officials put my name under absantee....

I, working as an government employee at bapatla town. On behalf of all my co-passengers i am requesting you to kindly arrange bus at 8am (Guntur to bapatla). Please remove bus at 7:30 am as we are feeling inconvenience to catch the bus at early hours than reaching late.

I have made a e-ticket booking to kurnool on[protected] from vijaywada, service code :95329 18:00 pm super luxury bus. After making payment through hdfc internet banking gateway the e-ticket was not generated but my account was debited rs.515 and the hdfc internet banking ob ref number : [protected]
So i tried to book another ticket the same thing happened the money was debited from my account by ticket was not generated for same service...

The operator at toll plaza was new and he was finding difficult to collect fees from everybody. Wherein for us also he told some problem in computer and delayed.

But when we see the message afterwards it was double deductions in two seconds.

I request you to refund the amount of rs 115.00.

This should not happen to anyone and refund should have been be made before my claiming.

payment declined but money got debited

Hi,
In apsrtc bus website i booked a ticket worth 536 rupees on 29th feb 2020 using icici imobile app. My payment has declined but money got debited.

Its been 17 days, my money wasn't returned. I called apsrtc, they told that its an incomplete transaction, you should call the bank guys.
I mailed icici guys as airtel customer care number ([protected]) is not working at all. They replied that i should ask the apsrtc...

Apsrtc bus drivers are being very rash in driving and unsafe for passengers.. Infact the road has got so many dangerous curves and many speedbreakers.. Yet they are driving recklessly, overspeeding, overtaking from the wrong side, overtaking with highspeed at deep curvatures, stopping the buses suddenly without any indication... Kindly look into the matter and do needful... If possible i try to capture a video of theri reckless driving and...
