I have purchased the aqua guard water purifier and the engineer visited my house for installation of machine. date 25.11.2021, 10.00 am.

After installation, he fixed a very small plastic part-connecting white colour water pipe of the machine to the main water line of house, and demanded Rs.250/- for the part. I told him that I am ready to pay, but I want receipt for the same, which he refused to issue and took away the part, resulting the machine is still in uninstalled mode.

Now I ask you whether the company is demanding additional amount while installation, and if so, why proper receipt is not being issued.

I need immediate reply and installation...
