My aquaguard water purified classic moder is under annual maintenance contract with compnay Eureka Forbed Ltd. The water flow was very slow hence complaint lodged on 27.4.22 and their tecghnician visited and from next day unit stopped working for which again complaint was lodged. Thereafter till date no technician visited for repair. Since last 5 days I call the service centre (call centre) Every time same reply is being received that my complaint escalated and technician will visit within next 24 hours Was this information helpful? |
