I have purchased water purifyer from Aqua Guard which was under warranty till 31.3.2023. Now RO stops working from last 1 month. I raised request to company online on 2nd of March 2023 for getting it checked. there is no one come till date for checking it. i tryied many times at customer care executive but every time i have been told that your complain has been escalated on high priority but nothing is done yet. as i understand they make the fake promise with customer and later make them in trouble. my contact number [protected] Was this information helpful? |
