I bought an asus laptop on 20.11.2018 from an asus store in chandigarh. I got a diwali offer with the laptop wherein an option was given to buy a hard drive as goodie for rs. 2000/-. I got confirmation email from asus on 22.11.2018 regarding the payment and they promised to share the goodie with in 45 working days. But since then, its been more than 45 days, no goodie received. I bought 2 asus zenfone max m1 (For me and my brother) from flipkart on october 26. The main tag they give for their product was "work overtime". But the battery is not lasting for 4. 5 hrs in a full charge. Charge became 0 within 4.5 hrs.
Is this their over time work. And the condition is getting worst for each updates the give.

I bought asus zenfone m1 pro online (Flipcart) in july 2018. After 13 days it started hanging and showed worst result.

Zenfone max pro m2 accha mobile phone hai but isme 5000mah ki battery hone ke baad bhi ye acche performance nahi deta hai isliye aap jaldi se battery optimisation ka update kare taaki humne jo paise is phone me invest kiye hai uska fayda hume mile aur aapki company ki reputation bhi khrab nahi ho. Asus had hosted an unbeatable fan club contest in december. The results were supposed to be announced by the 31st of december but are still pending. Asus doesnt reply to tweets, dms, facebook messages and emails. I have been tweeting them continously about the same but they do not reply. A very disappointing experience buying an asus notebook.

I bought a new notebook 2 weeks ago and the audio (Both speakers and headset) don't work. I tried updating the drivers, downloaded the realtec drivers from asus site and installed it, did everything i could without much success.
I did a chat online with asus customer support. They were completely clueless as well.

I wonder what kind of product testing...

Its been 1 year since i bought this laptop, and it has many defects such as battery failure, slow performance, some keys on the keyboard are not working properly too. I had total faith in the brand and that's the reason why i bought the laptop in the first place.
