Sir i have purchased an asus laptop from Amazon on 5th may 2019 and registered for asus "back to school" offer in which they are supposed to send extra 3 year warranty card within 20 working days after payment. Now its been more than a month after the payment and till now i have not received any updates on the offer. This is the worst customer service. No reply of the status. I have bought the Asus extended warranty from the asuspromo.in website. They have told that they will share the warranty within 45 working days. But last time I mailed they replied that within 4th Week of may they will provide the warranty details but till now they have not given anything. I bought asus apwu001 mobile charger from flipkart on mar 23rd 2019. The description as well as package was clearly mentioning 6months warranty. So few days ago it stopped working. Sir i have asus smartphone i want to suggest that please add quick screen shot feature on task bar or three fingure screen shot, and give us call recording feature while on call if we want to record without minimising calling display and at last in pie update i can not find split screen feature.. Please include all of the above if it is possible.. We love asus..
