I have big bazaar profit club membership card for my name. My card id is: [protected]. Big bazaar closed it outlet in chandigarh from where card membership was given to me. After closure, i am not able to use this card. Campany has also stopped to show the balance on the card in the app of the company, and also on the website of the company. I recharged/opened my future wallet account in BigBazaar with 10, 000 in January 2022. According to the scheme/policy/offer, I was supposed to receive a 1000 monthly wallet to spend or buy in BigBazaar for the next 12 months.I used the amount for 3 months, and suddenly they stopped considering the wallet.
