Bluedart Express Ltd — Horrible and worst service | |||||
I have my document came to service centre for awb [protected] These people have gave some reason of landmark not provided for address inspite of full address has given and after calling several times, they dont want to listen and deliver package. They will talk like they do not care if parcel reach in time or go back and whatever happen to the person who is gonna need it in time. Its more than 5 days my parcel have reached my nearest center (Parvati service centre pune) but they have given some reasons and looks like they dont care if it reach within time, may be they have got lots of customer but it doesnt mean they should start giving worst service. My waybill No. is [protected], the service is so pathetic that they are just sending a message that the delivery is cancelled without contacting the customer and when i reached the office then too they are not delivering the product, Worst service in my life, should be bannedBlue Dart Express Limited — Not delivering consignment
