My vehicle Is not transfer...

I wanted to sell my car. The deal was clocked in at an amount of 402000. I had never asked for any advance payment but an payment was made to me of rs 100 and the same was not intimated to me at any point of time. I had shared all the documents where I had clearly mentioned that all is subject to the final discussion where the whole deal will be completed. Now when I don't want to go for the deal they are asking me to send 5000 for the cancellation...

I struggling to get final payment from Gaadi.com, i have given all the authorization and papers necessary to complete the deal, which was actually agreed on 138000 against my vehicle no. GJ01KF0852 and i was told that all the required steps to taken by the company to complete the deal.
