Gem Tours And Travels Complaints & Reviews

Ours was a tour of 9 days started on 11th june 2019...3 days each at tashkent, moscow, st petersburg... The hotels which were promised at each place were all down graded from 4 star to 2 or even lower grade... We had to change two worst hotels at taskent and st petersburg... So lost 25 % of time in shifting hotels... Lost our valuable time in shifting, site seeing was secondary in our tour... Only shifting hotels and long distance traveling...

I went to Gems tours and travels for my Dubai trip.I wanted to travel during Dubai festival and that was peak time and I was late for booking but they promised me with the booking. They said they will charge X amount + airfare. Online airfare were much lesser than what they claimed so then they asked me to do my flight booking by myself.

After I booked flight tickets at last moment they said they are not getting hotel bookings...

Through Traveltriangle portal we were recommended and received quote from GEM Tours and Travel on 04th May 2015. for 11 Pax - 06 days Turkey 4* MAP Package from 19th - 24th May.Quote was sent for 7days - 60500/- on twin share PP. Since it was fr 6 days - we asked Ms.Neha from GEM Tours to change, later she offered 58500 fr 6 days - when asked why just 2000 reduction for 01 day 4* hotel package - she confirmed its Rs.4160 reduction ( 2160...

I AND MY WIFE WENT TO FAREAST ON 19 MARCH 2013.
I TOLD ON THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT I WANT HOONYMOON TOUR AS I WAS NEYLY MARIED.
AT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET HONNYMOON COUPLE.
BUT INSTEAD THERE WERE NO HONNYMOON COUPLE WITH US.BUT ALL WERE AGED 50 TO 60
SO I TOLD I DONT WANT TO GO THEN THEY TOLD THAT I WILL NOT GET MY FLIGHT TICKET MONEY BACK.
SO I WENT WITH THEM.
ON FIRST DAY THEY COMMITED...

I had booked my honeymoon tour with Gem tours to South Africa. The itinerary which was shown to me at the time of booking was changed by them in the final itinerary which was given to me one day before departure. The new itinerary did not contain a couple of places which were promised in the itinerary shown at the time of booking.
