I went to Gems tours and travels for my Dubai trip.I wanted to travel during Dubai festival and that was peak time and I was late for booking but they promised me with the booking. They said they will charge X amount + airfare. Online airfare were much lesser than what they claimed so then they asked me to do my flight booking by myself.
After I booked flight tickets at last moment they said they are not getting hotel bookings anywhere so they returned my cheque.
As they reverted in the last moment saying no for accommodation I had no other option than postponing my flight and had to pay penalty.
Then I went to other travel agent. He processed my visa and reply which I got was that my visas are already issued to other travel agency.
So then I checked with Gem tour. They were having my valid visa with them from long time but they did not inform me. My new travel agent also paid for my visa and money was non refundable. Here Gem also asked for money.
We foght a lot with them. They spoiled entire mood of my parents for the trip. I did not like bothering my parents at all. I had no other option than paying at both the end for my visa
They are cheap and fraud people. If they would have informed me on time I would have saved lot of energy and time. But they used a trick to get money. They knew that I don't have any other options left with me. Was this information helpful? |
