Through Traveltriangle portal we were recommended and received quote from GEM Tours and Travel on 04th May 2015. for 11 Pax - 06 days Turkey 4* MAP Package from 19th - 24th May.Quote was sent for 7days - 60500/- on twin share PP. Since it was fr 6 days - we asked Ms.Neha from GEM Tours to change, later she offered 58500 fr 6 days - when asked why just 2000 reduction for 01 day 4* hotel package - she confirmed its Rs.4160 reduction ( 2160 is collected towards Upgrade to Indian Lunches and Dinners from Turkish lunches and dinners) and also Twin or Triple room - its same cost - dated 05th May 2015. My clients were given Only One Indian lunch on 24th May and rest all it was Turkish food. We are Seeking Refund of Rs.2160 x 11 Pax = 23760/- they are giving lame excuses and not admitting the fact and they are Not Responding at all .
