I have recd. a PRAN NO. alongwith I-PIN & T-PIN but when I try to access it through online CRA WEBSITE a message is displayed "USER ACCOUNT IS LOCKED, PLEASE RESET THE PASSWORD". Please guide me how can I access my PRAN NO. now, when my account is locked.

For last one month the status of my pan card is being shown as under process at the Income Tax department, whereas the pan cards of my colleagues who had applied at the same time arrived long back. My acknowledgement no is 080130400066533....

I have applied for pan card in 2007 through my office and i received my pan number but not received pan card. and now that office closed and i havn't any detail of my pan card. so pls suggest me how can i get my pan card.
