I ordered two dry fruit items on artradco.in on 22th jan.'20 and online payment made through debit card. Afterward i am not able to contact them and there is no contact details. Only one mail came from them saying "we've received your order #6718, and it is now being processed:" from mail id "artradco.in" i feel now that it is fake site and i have lost my money. Can you help me in this issue please....

I was in ntpc service till 31 august 2011.
During my service i have taken 392 shares from ipo again employee cota.
From initial date of ipo, i have not get any decided till date.
On the date of ipo, i was sr manager in e 6 cader at vstpp. But sorry to say that why my devidend are not paying each and every year inspit of an employee of your company.
Can i get this payment soon.

I am a retired employee of NTPC LTD. As on 31.05.2005 I have completed 58 years and I am eligible for EPS pension since then. But my pension payment is not yet released so far. I got superannuated from Tanda (U.P.) unit of NTPC on 31st November 2007.Since then I got my pension regularly. I have sent a live exesistence certificate duly attested by gazetted officer to you on 5.11.2009 through post.My Annuity No: 011M[protected]. But Till now I haven't got any information regarding the pension.
