I am a consumer of Reliance CDMA phone. The cell no. is [protected]. I have been fed up of getting phone calls regarding conversion to post-paid from Reliance communiction........... Just now I recieved a call from Mr. Rahul Vikram Reliance communication A-65, Kalkaji double storey, near by nehru place,

I have registered my phone with DND in dec. 2010 and facing these problems yet

The operator boldly told me...

sir my cdma handset was lost last night this number [protected] name sandeep biswas please lock this number my another number is [protected]...

I had bought a CDMA phone from Hissar ( Haryana) in 2006 the number was allotted was [protected] later on transferred to Rewari ( Haryana) in 2008 & number was allotted as [protected] this was again transferred to New Delhi in 2010 & the present number is [protected].

The above phone was disconnected one month before while contacting customer care it was told to us that proof of address for Hissar is to again require....

THIS IS REGARDING THE PHONE NO [protected] IN THE NAME OF SANJEEV MAHAJAN SIR I HAD SUBMITTED MY ID WITH PHOTO IN JANAKPURI RELANCE WEB WORLD ON 25/10/2010 BUT MY SERVICES WERE AGAIN SUSPENDED ON 20/12/2010 I HAVE AGAIN DEPOSITED THE ID AND PHOTO AT RELANCE WEB WORLD ON 20/12/2010 AT JAILROAD OFFICE BUT STILL MY SERVICES WERE NOT RESTORED SIR I REQUEST YOU TO RESTORE MY SERVICES...

I have asked Reliance Customer care to de-activate the sim as i lost it & i took another reliance connection. Till no they have not de-actiavted & charging me for the rentals abruptly. I can pay till the date i use. Please find the below complaint raised over the mail. Still no responce. Please help me

i ve purchased a cdma prepaid number([protected] sim no.[protected] from kamal stores(retailer at jogeshwari west) on 22nd of march 2010. On the particular date only he confirmed with the distributor(aastha telecom, s.v. road, malad west ) and also the reliance communications helpline for the number to be active and working. After that we recieved a call to make the first call, as we tried, but it gave an error of registration...

I HAVE BEEN USING RELIANCE CDMA PHONES FROM LAST 3 YEARS. FEW MONTHS BACK I GOT MY POSTING IN COCHIN.I BOUGHT A NEW NUMBER IE [protected] FROM RELIANCE OUTLET.
PROBLEM STARTED HERE,,,IN MONTH OF AUG 2009, ONCE EARLY MORNING AT AROUND 3 AM I GOT A CALL FROM RELIANCE,,,WHICH WAS PLAYING QURAN IN IT.I GOT SURPRISED TO LISTEN ALL THAT.
SAME DAY AT ABOUT 10 AM I CALLED RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED ABOUT THE SAME....

want know my mobile all incoming and outgoing number details my phone number is [protected] prepaid card last 6months back full details pls send this information to my email Id its a request....

they cut my balance with cricket pack which wasn't started by me
they refund me half of money and refuse to give me other half due to some rule which is not applicable in my case
so i request you to take appropriate action against them

[protected] but my phones are still not making out going calls.

I bought a reliance cdma phone[protected] under the scheme, where the company offerred 2 yeras free incoming plus talktime of Rs.1,550.00 (Rs. 1,500.00 for RIM to RIM and Rs. 50.00 for calls to other mobiles). However, I got talk time of only Rs. 1,235.00 and validity of only 10 months as against offerred validity of 2 years.
I lodged a compaint on[protected] through RIM customer care services and received a reply from customer care...
