Sir,
I have registered a problem on 16/12/2012 at 9:40 pm regarding a speed issue with my GPRS connection. And the customer care executive given me the Complain id[protected] and said the problem will solve in 4 days.
After 2 days I got a sms from 59111 with the text "Dear Reliance Customer, please let us know if you are satisfied with the resolution of last service request reply yes else no"
at...

Myself Rajesh Shintre, my mobile no. is [protected]. I have subscribed for Reliance 99 GPRS plan. The Internet on my Samsung Galaxy S - I9000 is extremely pathetic.
The Symbol "E" can be seen but I cannot access any website. It keeps showing" Browser cannot download as Internet not available .. sometimes asks me to check the my Internet settings. I called the call center and it seems the guys are not aware of...

I have got a settings of reliance gprs "rwap" for access web.But I want "rnet" or to access internet through my PC.Please give me the settings....
