Hi, I would like to remove all the complaints posted by me on this portal againt 'snera estates'. The matter has been amicably solved and the owner has promised to issue my cheque by 15 Jan 11. I have booked the flat in Ajnara Deffodil via Snera Estates which address is 406, JOP Plaza, Sector-18, Noida. He promised to give the 20 Rs/Sqft after payment of 40%. Now, I am chasing to them for issueing a credit note. He(Bhupinder) first denied then saying that concerns person has left the company, now he is not picking my call.
I wanted to share my experience with you that SNERA ESTATES IS TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY.
Its true they are FRAUD.
