[Resolved] snera estates — non compliance of the set terms | |||
Through this post i want to alert the consumers regarding this company named 'Snera estates'. This is a real estate borkerage firm who mainly deals with projects on noida-greater noida expressway. I had a very bad experience with the company. I did a booking in jaypee greens noida through them. They promised to give a discounted amount of Rs 15 psf on getting the commision from jaypee. Its six months since I made the payment of my dues and till date I am struggling to get my money back from them. Till now they were trying to delay the matter by giving false assurances but last week they blatantly told that there is no such commitment form there side. very well said this particular company is all about fraud and cheating, i have also booked a flat in amrapali leisure park and they did not give me the the commited amount of the credit note
Yes. I agree totally . I had also booked an apartment in Jaypee Kingnston Park. But despite the fact that more than 6 months have elapsed they have not paid be the promised amount. I pursued with their so called GM, MR.ABHINAV DIXIT but all in vain . I have come to know that they have changed their office and Mr. Abhinab dixit has left the job. There is no one looking after the job. Pathetic attitude shown towards the consumer

Now, I am chasing to them for issueing a credit note. He(Bhupinder) first denied then saying that concerns person has left the company, now he is not picking my call.
I wanted to share my experience with you that SNERA ESTATES IS TOTALY FRAUD COMPANY.

Hi, I am completly agree with that. Even I have booked a flat in Amrapali from this firm and they have promised to pay 12 psf once I pay the 30% second installment. One of their employee given me written assurance on behalf of their company. But Now they are saying that the employee was false, they have removed him from their company and they are not liable to pay any such amount. This is completly a case of cheating. Please don't do any business with this firm. The employee name was Suman. And also, one of the other employee name Gaurav and one more lady was in the communication chain with me. Now they are saying that all those people were giving false statement and we have thrown all from the company.
Its a fraud company...virtually every employee has cheated the clients..whether Abhinav dixit or suman or Gaurav...they have not paid anyone who booked through them and hoped that the credit note is valid...
JAYPEE should blacklist the firm as soon as possible...lets unite together and file a cheating complaint against the owner

I totally agree with you regarding these frauds, as I had also booked my unit through Noida Fortune Estate in Golf Homes and they promised me to pay back the Rs 20/SQFT but I am not getting any response from them. They simply denied that and said this note does not belong to them.

snera is a big fraud. i had booked in jaypee and they promised 2% credit note then rest is history. they keep changing their offices. no one will meet or pickup phone. that cheat abhinav dixit vanished. these culprits should be booked.
