Purchased xiaomi redmi note 4G-white with order number[protected] on 26/09/2015. as back camera was not working, sent back the same for replacement on 30/09/2015.. till now we did not get any information r status update regarding the same... toll free number is not responding... pls update the status ......

I had make an payment for purchase of a micromax led tv 40 inces of rs 20345 through kotak credit card for purchase on dtd 23.9.15 but inspite a lot of my calls they have not given me any confirmation call and any confirmation of my order .i doubt that i have been cheated by the surpluss website. kindly resolve the matter at an earliest end, dr neeraj julka...
