This is inform i am a senior citizen residing at dum dum siddheswari gardens, also i reside in my home alone and maximum time in a month i use to stay my different relative houses. Suddenly from february it's is my observation that my cesc bill is coming heavily. Also this for your information, that i was for one month was out of home during may to june period and my bill has come more than rs 5000, sir as i don't have any source of income...

Sir/madam,
I am kajal nath and my customer id is [[protected]] in the month of april and may my electricity bill has come just the double the amount. For the month of april it had been nearly 3300 and for the month of may it has come 4440 rupees. This amount is way too much than we normally give. We do have air conditioner which only works at night. And we have the air conditioner...

This is with regard to Complaint No. 31911133 raised with CESC for a very high electricity bill raised on Customer ID. : [protected] for May'19 for Rs 2030.

This is very abnormal as no family members have been residing in the flat since March. Hence, we have received very nominal bills for March @ Rs. 460 and April @ Rs.130 respectively.

On 12th june evening we watched that fire sparking continues from the phase loop from our meter room at 4pm i call cesc doc, no, [protected],[protected], and [protected], After a long time they came and repaired temporarily a fully burnt phase loop and other two half burnt phase loof remained untouched, After asking they replied that all loop will be changed permanently by heavy loop box within 7days, but today 10th days...

Dear Team, I already raised a complain that my bill amount is very high as compared to my last months usages and last year usage.

From the last 3 months i was complain that my meter is being read incorrectly and every type new bill was given to me post changing the reading submitted by my and my bill amount till date from past years as never exceeded 2000 rs. Paid to cesc rs. 600/- on 17th June, 2019, time 09.53 pm through upi vide transaction Id.[protected] and Google Transaction No. CICAgKDquLvyXg from State Bank of India, Sodepur Branch.. The transaction was successful and amount debited from bank, but it is not showing in my cesc account till date. How ever the bill for April 19 Rs 570/- against 93 units consumed. A hike of 4 times has been observed for the preceding month.
