Cathay Pacific — Cancelled flight

This company is the worst airline we have ever dealt with . I am in tears and just angry. Back in March my husband and I booked a trip from Toronto to Hong Kong to our final destination Sydney Australia. We have been saving and planning for this trip for a long time. We are taking our 16 year old son as well .. He is so excited ! Now about 2 weeks ago my Husband being diligent went in to just check the tickets and the flights and to our surprise our flights were cancelled and they gave us new dates that absolutely were not doable as we have jobs and school. We never received an email telling us our flights were canceled we found it out ourselves . We have now called Cathay pacific 8 times in the last 2 weeks to try to rebook these flights . We keep being told well we will have to call you back when we confirm this . WE HAVE NEVER EVER received any email from this company . Your company is expecting us to do all the work and all the calls . We have to now cancel and rebook our accommodations, but I’m scared too as it may change again. We actually asked for a refund but that unfortunately goes to a travel agency online that refuses to give us our money back . We are beyond upset, disappointed and will never use this airline again. Beware before you book with this airline !! Don’t know where you go from here
