Cathay Pacific — poor onboard services

I am a regular flier of cathay pacific airlines. Ka 154 from hong kong to bangalore. On board the flights crew have stopped whisky or beer to be served. Once i was told there is only 2 bottles for 230 plus passenger was supplied.

I tried to did this matter with the flight attendants who to mmy shock informed that passengers whisky is distributed among the crew and pilot. 2 bottles to pilot 1, for co-pilot and each crew gets 1 bottle.

They carry 2 suitcases with them, mostly rations are carried, once a cisf personnel opened up for screening found 1 bottle of whisky and 6 cans of beer and many other items. Some items are sold in duty free items on board.

Now they would say that bought.

Each time you see any cabin crew or pilot make sure thay have 1/2 whisky bottles.

Normally 12-16 bottles are supplied and these beggars inflight crew steal the passengers quota for free.

Will airlines make it a practice tocheck on arrival all baggages, so that passengers are not deprived of their rights after paying so much money
