[Resolved]  Cathay Pacific — Deficiency in service

This is to submit that I had called up Cathay Pacific, Mumbai, India on this No.[protected], spoken to one girl Prapti who had assured me that Meet and Assist service will be available to my sisters aged mother in law at teh check in counter. (I called up Prapti twice to confirm this)
When my sisters mother in law reached the airport nobody assited her and the old lady had to manage on her won.
This is total false representation and deficiency in service on part of Cathay Pacific.
