On Cathway Pacific flight number 826 , dated Jan 24 , 2012 , from Hong Kong to Toronto my wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with the way our baggage was handled by Cathway Pacific. When it arrived in Toronto the luggage was soaked through with water. As a result many items were lost due to the damage caused by the leaching of colours in the different fabrics . I have searched numerous web sites belonging to Cathway Pacific to register my complaint directly with them but it seems they do not have an accessible customer relations complaint department. cathay pacific — Mental,Physical,Financial harrassment(Steal my luggage)
I have been deported from USA(los angeles) on 3 Sep 2009.While boarding the flight from LAX the US officials gave my documents to the crew member of the flight.They dint give my passport to them as they said that they will send it to india.The flight was a connecting flight from LAX to HONGKONG and then HONGKONG to NEW DELHI.When i reached hongkong,the cathay pacific refused to take me to new delhi by saying that "US officials dint give your passport to us".They kept me waiting at the airport itself for next three days.NO cathay official was there to answer my questions,Nobody was ready to talk to me.Somwhow after reaching New delhi,i found out that my luggage is missing.Then they lodged a complaint about my luggage.After 4 days they delievered my luggage to my address.When i checked my luggage i founf out that a lot of thing were STOLEN from my luggage.The list is as follows:

2)PHILLIPS MP3 Player:4799/-
3)FASTRACK watch:1300/-
4)RAYBAN Sunglasses:4400/-
5)NIKE shoes:3900/-
6)PUMA Sandals:1100/-
Plz suggest what should i do.I am thinking to go to consumer court and i can easily prove all these harrassments.
