Cathay Pacific — luggage theft

I had complained that my luggage have been theft. With below details :
Dear sir/madam,

Goods as well as cash stolen from the checked in baggage of all 6 baggages ticket number[protected] and baggage tag number ka 643510, ka643539, ka643591, ka643624, ka643707, ka643640, flight route - dt - 19th july 2017 shanghai ✈️ to ✈️ hong kong flight number ka805 connecting with, from hongkong ✈️ to ✈️ mumbai flight number cx 663 # service no responsibility.

Our baggage was received on 22nd of july 2017 at the given address.

Basic items which we are aware are as follows :
3 brand new ear phones - 2000 inrs approx value.
Almost 10 fidget spinners value is 2500 inr approx
4-5 perfumes value 1500 inr
2 sun glasses with value 1200 inr approx
And cash in a cover which had exact 20000 inr was stolen.

So it will be great that you get us back our stolen goods and cash inr.

I need all the cctv footage for my luggage transfers.
As well as letter from airport authority.

Need this issue to be solved immediately.

Following was their final revert to us :

Thank you for your email informing us about the items missing from your checked in baggage while travelling on our flight ka805/19jul/cx663/19jul from shanghai to mumbai via hong kong, we have now completed a detailed investigation in respect of your matter and regret to inform you that we have not been able to locate your missing property.

On completion of a detailed investigation with all concerned authorities in all the above ports we have been informed that there were nil irregularities reported at any of the ports. Our security department has thoroughly interviewed all the handling staff but are unable to find any conclusive evidence about the loss. Moreover passengers’ baggage is always loaded and offloaded with our security staff in attendance, as safety and security are of extreme importance to us.

According to our general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage, except for checked or unchecked baggage carried in the course of international carriage as defined by the warsaw or montreal conventions, we are not liable in any way articles which you include in your baggage which you are prohibited from including in your baggage by article 9.3, including but not limited to damage to fragile or perishable items, keys, artwork, cameras, money, jewelry, precious metals, silverware, medicines, drug, dangerous goods, commercial goods, odd-sized articles, negotiable papers, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents, or samples, which are included in your baggage.

On the above circumstances we won’t be able to consider your claim. We hope this unfortunate decision will not deter you from flying with us again and look forward to welcoming you on board many more flights in the future.

So the company means that they can open our bags and stole our goods.
I want the claim. They mentally harress with such kind of reverts.
