[Resolved]  Cathay Pacific — caste remarks

I am verinder kapahi, passport no.e4238652 issued at delhi.I am an Indian citizen.I prefer travelling cathay pacific whenever there is a choice.My last 3 journeys with cathay pacific are as under..07 june09…cx708 seat no.40d, 11 june09 cx751 seat no..60g, 16 june09 cx751 seat no 33k.We were being attended by Ms RUTH (Air hostess).I was asked for choice of drink, I asked for black label.AH asked me to wait.I reminded after 15mts, again she asked me to wait.This continued for more than haff hour, while some Chinese sitting next to me were being served with the same brand.My again request were stated to referred to the boss.The next reply to my request was responded by remarks.”YU INDNS COME ONLY FOR THIS”. She couldn’t prounce correctly.This is an ethnic, caste based remarks, which I cannot tolerate.An Immediate appropriate action is demanded with in shortest possible time, else I will take it appropriately.

This so offensive! I hope that you do take the time to lodge this complaint with the airlines. The employees should understand that such a comment is absolutely and sincerely not tolerated by the airlines!

Cathay Pacific Airlines — caste remarks

Sir,
My passport No is E4238652 issued at Delhi.
I prefer Cathay pacific when available.I made Journey on cx 708 seat no 40d on 070609, cx751 seat no 60g on 110609 and cx 751 seat no 33k on 160609.On the last mentioned flight, one ms RUTH (Air hotess) was looking after the passangers.She asked my choice of drinks, I asked for Black label.I was asked to wait.I reminded after 10 mts, again 15 mts, again after 30mts.Again she asked me to wait while serving others, Basically of chinese origin the same drink.On my enquiring again, Ms RUTH replied that she will ask her Boss.I again enquired after 5mts, "YU INDENS CUM TU CATHAY FOR TIS ONLY" came the reply.(Ihave tried to quote the pronunciation).
This is an highly objectionable remark, Ethnic based on caste and I take strong objection to it.
I expect an immediate apology from the concerened.
I propose to take it at appropriate level if no reply is received with in reasonable time.

You should have passed on this remark directly to the flight captain on arrivals making the Ah accounted for what all she said.Because now it's all like a past tence and I think nobody has this much of time to think and talk about it.
Suggestion-have some drinks before boarding the flight next time
