I returned a wallet set on amazon. Amazon initiated the refund, but bank doesn't give it to me yet
The amazon gave me this reference number 74332740191019094074717.
I asked your costumer care service and he denied me to help on call asked me to visit bank and collect information from their.
I don't know what to do now.
Please help me to get this refund....

I have returned one item to Amazon and had done it's payment through my central bank of india debit card but still after 15 days k didn't get my refund back. And Amazon gave me one reference number...

Sir /mam as we know that our government had made the interest rate less, but my rate of interest was not become less it was 8.50%. So i am requesting you to please make my rate of interest low.

My name is anshuman dwivedi and i had ordered bose soundsport bluetooth wired headset with mic of rs.6499 from 2gud.com on 25/06/2020 and 29/06/20 order was cancelled due to a security reason and same day refund initiated.
2gud initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. 2gud sent a mail and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So

On 3rd of july i loaded 500rs in my amazon pay balance from my debit card. But due to some genuine reason i cancel that transaction by contact with amazon support team. And according to them they reversed my amount in my account and said upto 8th of july amount will credit in your account but still amount is not credited.

I bought an item on amazon on 7th july and paid money through central bank of india debit card but i cancelled that item next day 08th july.
Amazon refunded me my money successfully but it was not credited in my bank account till now....
