[Resolved]  Chaitanya Holidays — Bad holiday experience

I had booked kerala trip for my family. They changed few hotels last moment. Even after paying whole amount they had not paid for one hotel. The hotel staff said we could not check out until the bill was paid. The driver provided for 9 days was rude and always in a bad mood. He was not co-operative to our queries . On first day after checking at hotel he left saying that his duty was over at 5 pm (though it was earlier than that) and left. on that day we did sightseeing on our own . We requested the company to change the driver but our request was not honoured.The houseboat they provided was not at all comfortable . we hardly had a place to move in the room of the houseboat.Chaitanya Holidays claims that kerala trips are their speciality, but it was not a good experience for us.
